Engr. Augustine Mmadu Okafor has varied experience in civil engineering works. He holds a Bachelor and Masters in Engineering degree in civil engineering from the University of Benin, Benin-City. He also holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the same university. Prior to his Bachelors of Engineering degree, he obtained his HND (Civil Engineering) from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos.

Engr. A.M Okafor is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

His working experience spanned over thirty (30) years in both public and private services. He started his working career with Afribank Nigeria Plc and rose to the position of Head (Property and Projects) department before resigning and venturing into private practice.

He is currently the Managing Director of Tino Engineering Services and Maziem Engineering and Construction Limited.
