JOHN OSILAMA ERAMEH is an Abuja based lawyer who is best known for his active participation in all legal practices and majors in Litigation and Corporate Practices. He is a Christian and married. 

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATIONThis personage, Erameh, hails from Etsako Central, Anegbette, Edo State. He attended Govt. Primary School, Edo State where he earned his First School Leaving Certificate at a very tender age. From there, he proceeded to Asoro Grammar School, Edo State for his Secondary Education in 1981. In 1988, he gained admission into Bendel State University, Edo State (Now Ambrose Ali University) to study Law and obtained LL.B in 1992. He further enrolled in Nigerian Law School, Lagos from where he earned B.L in 1993. As a youth corper, Erameh concluded his primary assignment at Legal Department of Federal Capital Development Authority in 1994 as a Legal Assistant. In his quest for further education, he went further to obtain a Master Degree (LL.M) from a prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State in 2008. He also is a Fellow of the Corporate Administration of Nigeria and a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. 

LEGAL CAREERJohn, who now has over 26 years of active legal practice, started his career as a young and vibrant lawyer in 1994 when he started work at Aliyu Momoh & Co as Head of Litigation & Property Department. In 1997, Late Clement Akpamgbo (SAN) – a one time Attorney General of the Federation and a Senior Advocate of Nigeria- invited Erameh to work in his Chambers. He rose through the ranks and became the head of Clement Akpamgbo (SAN) & Co’s FCT and Northern offices from 1997-2006. Having worked at Clement Akpamgbo (SAN) & Co for 9 (nine) years, he established his own Chambers, John Erameh & Co in late 2006 with offices in Lagos State and Edo State. Till date, he remains the Principal Partner of John Erameh & Co (Paternoster Attorneys) with over 6 brilliant lawyers with incomparable experiences in legal practices who occupy various positions in the firm’s various departments (such as Litigation Department, Corporate Department, Pension Department, Debt Recovery Department and Property & Legal Consultancy Department) and an indefatigable administrative manager working for him.
